Dr. Paul D. Miller is Professor of the Practice of International Affairs at Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service. He is a research fellow with the Ethics and Religious Liberty Commission, a senior non-resident fellow with the Atlantic Council, and a visiting professor with AEI’s Initiative on Faith and Public Life. He previously served in the US Army, the CIA, and the National Security Council staff. He is the author, most recently, of Just War and Ordered Liberty, from Cambridge University Press.
