Mark L. Rienzi is an Associate Professor of Law at the Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law. He is also Senior Counsel at the Becket Fund for Religious Liberty, where he has represented several religious business owners and their businesses asserting religious freedom claims, including Hobby Lobby Stores, Inc.
