Marc O. DeGirolami is the St. John Henry Newman Professor of Law and the Co-Director of the Center for Law and the Human Person at The Catholic University, Columbus School of Law. His publications include The Tragedy of Religious Freedom (Harvard University Press) and past and future articles in the Yale Law Journal Forum, Notre Dame Law Review, Washington University Law Review, and The American Journal of Jurisprudence, among others. He has written for The New York Times, The New Republic, The Weekly Standard, First Things, Commonweal, and The Library of Law and Liberty. He is a Contributing Writer at Public Discourse. He is working on a book about the role of tradition in constitutional law that will be published by Cambridge University Press.
