Joseph is a pastor and attorney who serves as Director of the Church Ambassador Network. In this role, he leads a statewide effort to connect pastors across Georgia with governing authorities through prayer, Scripture, and intentional relationship-building. He directs Capitol and district ministry, provides pastoral care for public leaders, and cultivates long-term church–government partnerships that bring Gospel influence into the public square and strengthen communities.
Before joining Frontline, Joseph spent fourteen years in pastoral ministry at Cooper City Church of God in South Florida, where he held various roles, including Executive Pastor. He holds the rank of Ordained Bishop in the Church of God (TN) and has served in various leadership roles within the church and broader ministry networks.
Joseph earned his undergraduate degree from Lee University and later completed his Juris Doctor, graduating cum laude from the Florida International University College of Law. His academic work has focused on constitutional structure, the separation of powers, and election law, with published scholarship appearing in the University of Florida Journal of Law & Public Policy and Thurgood Marshall Law Review. He is passionate about bridging the gap between church and state in a way that honors Scripture and strengthens communities.
