Calling all emerging writers!
High school students (rising 9th through rising 12th grade) are invited to participate in our annual essay contest. Participants are to answer, in 1500 words, the prompt:
What do you wish your elders knew about the greatest challenge your generation faces?
Submissions are due on August 1 of each year. Winners (first place, second place, third place, and honorable mention) will be announced by September 15.
The four winning essays will be published and the authors will be paid an honorarium.
