Joshua L. Sohn is a Trial Attorney at the U.S. Department of Justice. He has published with the Institute for Family Studies and authored seven law review articles, which have been cited in Supreme Court briefs, Federal court opinions, and legal treatises. He graduated with distinction from Stanford University and magna cum laude from Harvard Law School.
