David Wu is the Operations Director for the C. Boyden Gray Center for the Study of the Administrative State at the Scalia Law School, George Mason University. Previously he served as a high-level appointee for three governors in three states, policy director for a mayor, and as the acting Assistant Secretary at the United States Department of Agriculture. In addition, he has held many private sector roles in finance and for start-ups.
