Joseph T. Stuart, Ph.D., is a husband, father, and gardener as well as Professor of History and Fellow in Catholic Studies at the University of Mary in Bismarck, North Dakota. He is the author or editor of four books: Milestone Documents of Christianity: Exploring the Essential Primary Sources, 3 vols (2024); Christopher Dawson: A Cultural Mind in the Age of the Great War (CUA Press, 2022); The Church and the Age of Reformations (1350-1650): Martin Luther, the Renaissance, and the Council of Trent (Ave Maria, 2022); and Rethinking the Enlightenment: Faith in the Age of Reason (Sophia Institute Press, 2020).
