Alex is a shareholder with Littler Mendelson, PC, the world’s largest management-side labor and employment firm. He is also co-chair of the firm’s government-relations arm, the Workplace Policy Institute (WPI). His practice covers the intersection of labor and employment law and public law, including administrative, regulatory, and constitutional law. Besides his work at WPI, he is chair-elect of the Federalist Society’s Labor and Employment Executive Committee. He is also a veteran of the U.S. Air Force. He lives inn Washington, DC.
